BuzzRelay — Lifetime License is a digital software product delivered electronically. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

As the product is delivered instantly as a digital download with a license key, orders cannot be cancelled once the license key has been issued and delivered.

Refunds

• If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the software and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, buying the wrong product, lack of required system requirements described on the product page, or account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp due to how the software was used.
• To request a refund, email contact@buzzrelay.cc with your order number and a description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay or PayPal within 5–7 business days.
