These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BuzzRelay website and the purchase and use of BuzzRelay — Lifetime License. By purchasing or using our software you agree to these terms.

License

• Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BuzzRelay on your own computer(s) in accordance with the license you purchased.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or share the software or your license key.
• The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights remain with SEO Brain Lab.

Acceptable use

BuzzRelay automates WhatsApp Web. You are solely responsible for using it in compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must only message recipients who have consented to receive your messages. We are not responsible for account restrictions, bans or damages arising from misuse of the software.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Brain Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
