SEO Brain Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the BuzzRelay website and desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact & order details — your name, email address and phone number when you contact us, request a free trial, or place an order.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by our payment partners Razorpay (for customers in India) and PayPal (for international customers). We do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI details on our servers.
- Usage & cookies — we use a single essential session cookie to remember your preferences (such as your selected currency) and to keep the website functioning correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data in the BuzzRelay desktop app stays on your own computer. Your contacts, templates and campaign data are stored locally in a database on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase (license key and download link).
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- To process refunds and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with the payment processors needed to complete your transaction (Razorpay / PayPal) and email delivery providers. We never sell your personal data.
Data retention & your rights
