Activate your license
BuzzRelay activates with either an Envato purchase code, in UUID format, or a licence key in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. Pick the matching option on the licence screen, paste the code and click Activate — it is instant and needs an internet connection. The licence binds to a device identifier derived from your hardware, so moving to another computer needs a reset from support.

Activating with an Envato purchase code
- Log in to codecanyon.net and open My Downloads.
- Find BuzzRelay and choose Download → License Certificate & Purchase Code.
- Copy the purchase code from that file.
- In BuzzRelay, select I have a Purchase Code.
- Paste it into the field — Ctrl+V is enough, the field formats it for you.
- Click Activate License.
The purchase code is not your Envato order number and not your username. It is the long UUID inside the licence certificate file.
Activating with a licence key
- Select I have a License Key.
- Enter the key in
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXformat. - Click Activate License.
Activation needs an internet connection and completes in a few seconds.
The free trial
If a trial is offered, it runs for a short evaluation period and can be started once per computer. The trial is tied to a hardware-derived identifier, so reinstalling Windows or reinstalling BuzzRelay does not reset it.
Everything you create during a trial — contacts, templates, campaigns — stays in place when you activate a full licence afterwards. You are not starting over.
How the licence binds to your computer
On activation, BuzzRelay derives a device identifier from your hardware and ties the licence to it. That is what stops one purchase being used on unlimited machines.
Practical consequences:
- A licence works on one computer at a time.
- Major hardware changes can invalidate it — a new motherboard or a fresh Windows install may present as a different machine.
- Moving to a new PC needs a reset. Email support with your purchase code or licence key and we will release the old binding.
Once activation has succeeded on a machine, it keeps working offline. The licence check does not have to reach our server every time. You still need an internet connection to send, since every message goes through WhatsApp Web.
If activation fails
